Theme Events
Retro nights, fantasy themes, cultural themes or a concept built around your brand. We take the idea and build it into a space guests can walk into and explore.
What We Design
Guests should know the theme as soon as they walk in. We carry it through the décor, the sound and the small things.
-
01
Theme Concept Development
Mood boards, colour palettes and a storyline, worked out around your occasion, audience and brief.
-
02
Themed Décor & Styling
Props, centrepieces, table settings and signage that carry the theme into each part of the venue.
-
03
Custom Set Fabrication
Entrance arches, facades, photo sets and stage pieces, built to order to certified fabrication standards.
-
04
Walk-Through Spaces
Walk-through zones, installations and interactive areas where guests take part in the theme instead of only looking at it.
-
05
Costumes & Characters
Dress codes, performers in costume and character hosts who work the floor in the theme.
-
06
Lighting & Atmosphere
Colour washes, projections, fairy lights and effects. The mood can shift as the evening goes on.
