We pick activities to suit your team: its size, its mix of people and what you want them to take back to work.

    Challenges, games and group tasks chosen to build trust and communication across teams and levels.

    Relay races, field games and team contests for open grounds, resorts and outdoor venues.

    For halls, offices and hotels, we run problem-solving games, creative workshops and quizzes.

    Offsite Planning

    We find the venue, arrange travel and draw up day-long or overnight schedules with time to rest between activities.

    Props, Set-Up & Branding

    Game props, team banners, zone markers and activity stations are custom-built to client requirements.

    Food & Hospitality

    Breaks, team lunches and an easy dinner give people time to talk away from the games.

Our Process

How we plan a team day

    Team Brief

    Team size, goals, preferences and any accessibility needs come first. Then we plan the day.

    Activity Plan

    Formats, venue, schedule and team groupings go into a balanced programme everyone can join.

  3. 03

    Props & Production

    Game equipment, stations and branding are prepared to client specifications, and logistics are confirmed.

  4. 04

    Venue Set-Up

    We mark out activity zones, finish safety checks and brief facilitators before teams arrive.

  5. 05

    Activity Day

    Our crew runs each session and keeps score. Food and breaks happen on schedule.

  6. 06

    Debrief & Wrap

    A team wrap-up to close, then we clear the venue and share feedback for your next team event.
