Our Process

From Campaign Brief to Reveal

    Launch & Campaign Brief

    We review the product story, campaign look and target audience—press, dealers, partners or public visitors—and lock the launch format and venue.

  2. 02

    Reveal & Spatial Design

    Stage concept, reveal mechanism, running order, visitor route and product display zones are mapped into 3D visuals and a single production plan.

  3. 03

    Custom Fabrication & AV Prep

    Display platforms, 3D frames, podiums and sets are built to client specifications while launch films, lighting plots and sound systems are prepared.

  4. 04

    Site Setup & Rehearsal

    We install overnight or out of hours, run full technical checks, walk presenters through their cues and test the reveal until every beat lands cleanly.

  5. 05

    Launch Day Execution

    One crew handles guest and media arrivals, the live show call, the reveal moment and the hands-on product display areas from opening to close.

  6. 06

    Dismantle & Post-Launch Wrap

    Quick, clean venue clearance and handover, followed by a debrief on how the launch and display zones performed.
