    Brief & Format

    You tell us the categories, the audience and the tone. We propose a ceremony format to suit.

    Show Planning

    We draft the seating plan, category order, stage entries and anchor script into a detailed running order.

  3. 03

    Set & Branding Build

    Stage, backdrop and award-night branding are built to client specifications. Lighting and AV plots are finalised at the same time.

    Cue-to-Cue Rehearsal

    Anchors, presenters, ushers and technicians walk through every category, so nobody hesitates on a reveal or a handover.

  5. 05

    Ceremony Night

    We call the show, keep the trophies in order backstage and guide winners on and off stage until the last award.

  6. 06

    Wrap & Handover

    Trophies and materials come back to you, the venue is cleared, and we review the night with you before the next edition.
