What the opening needs

An inauguration mixes ritual, ceremony and hospitality. We handle each part so auspicious timings are kept and nothing feels rushed.

    Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies

    Entrance arch, ribbon stand and ceremonial scissors, with positions marked so guests and cameras can see the cut.

    Lamp Lighting & Traditional Rituals

    We set up the lamp, the florals and a clean space for the pooja or whichever inauguration customs you follow.

  • 03

    Plaque & Signage Unveiling

    Draped plaques, an unveiling mechanism and name-board reveals, staged as the centrepiece of the ceremony.

    Entrance & Venue Décor

    Floral décor, welcome arches, branded backdrops and stage pieces, all custom-built to client requirements.

  • 05

    Guest & Dignitary Management

    Invitations, seating, welcome protocol and speaking order for the chief guest, leadership and staff.

  • 06

    Facility Walkthrough & Hospitality

    After the ceremony, guests get a guided tour of the premises followed by refreshments or lunch.

Our Process

How we plan an inauguration

    Ceremony Brief

    We discuss the facility, the chief guests, any auspicious timings and the rituals you want to observe.

  2. 02

    Running Order

    Arrival, rituals, ribbon cutting, unveiling, speeches and the tour are put in sequence on one sheet.

  3. 03

    Fabrication & Décor

    Arches, backdrops and plaque drapes are built to client specifications. Flowers and ritual items are sourced.

  4. 04

    Site Preparation

    We dress the entrance and ceremony area, test the sound and mark positions for each ceremonial moment.

  5. 05

    Inauguration Day

    Our crew looks after guests, rituals, cues and photographer positions, so each moment happens on time.

  6. 06

    Handover

    Temporary décor comes down quickly and the facility is ready for its first working day.
