Each gathering is different. We plan the setting and the programme around who is coming and why.

    Banquet halls, resorts, rooftops or private spaces, picked and arranged with comfortable seating and room to mingle.

    Warm lighting, table settings, flowers and a welcome display that make the place feel like yours.

    We plan the menu, catering and service with you, to suit the guests, the format and the time of day.

    Photo walls, nostalgia displays, slideshows and a photographer to record the people and the occasion.

How We Plan a Get-together

    Occasion Brief

    We find out who is gathering, why, how many are coming and the kind of atmosphere you want.

    Planning

    Venue, menu, décor, entertainment and running order go into one simple plan.

  3. 03

    Styling & Preparation

    We design and prepare the décor, signs and photo areas, and brief the vendors.

  4. 04

    Setup

    Our team dresses the venue, tests sound and lights and sets up the welcome area before guests arrive.

  5. 05

    The Gathering

    We look after arrivals, food timings and entertainment while you spend time with your guests.

  6. 06

    Wrap-Up

    We clear down, hand the venue back and follow up with you, including photos and keepsakes.
