What We Handle

A celebrity appearance turns on four things: the arrival, the stage moment, the crowd and keeping everyone in the venue safe.

    Artist Coordination

    We deal directly with the artist's team on schedules, riders, travel, arrival times and what they need on stage.

    Headline Stage Production

    Stage, LED backdrop, sound and lights, sized for the appearance or performance and for the hall it plays in.

    Security & Crowd Management

    Barricades, access control, a secure route for the artist and trained crowd staff, planned to the venue and audience size.

    Green Rooms & Hospitality

    Private green rooms and holding areas, set up and stocked to the artist's rider.

    Red Carpet & Media Zones

    Arrival carpet, step-and-repeat wall and marked positions for photographers and video crews.

    Meet-and-Greets

    Fans and guests are queued, timed and supervised, so the meet-and-greet stays orderly and safe.

How We Run an Appearance

    Objectives & Brief

    We agree the purpose of the appearance, the audience, the venue and who gets access where.

  2. 02

    Artist & Security Planning

    We review the rider, then map arrival routes, security layers and crowd flow into one operations plan.

  3. 03

    Production Build

    Stage, red carpet, backdrops and green rooms are built and dressed before the event day.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough & Rehearsal

    We walk the routes, check the tech and rehearse the entry, the stage moment and the exit against the clock.

  5. 05

    Event Day

    Our crew handles artist movement, stage cues, media zones and crowd control from arrival to departure.

  6. 06

    Departure & Debrief

    We get the artist out securely, clear the venue and sit down with you to go over how it went.
