    Need an anchor, an entertainer or a guest act? We source them to sit alongside your in-house talent.

Our Process

How we produce it

  1. 01

    Theme

    We talk through your year, your culture and who will be in the hall, then fix a theme.

  2. 02

    Show Planning

    Venue, stage layout, running order, performance slots and award segments go into one show plan.

  3. 03

    Stage Production

    We custom-build the sets, props and branding. Technical, catering and talent partners are confirmed alongside.

  4. 04

    Rehearsals

    Performers, anchors and presenters practise their cues, entries and exits on the actual stage.

  5. 05

    Celebration Night

    Our crew handles backstage, show calling, the technical desk and guest hospitality from doors open to the last act.

  6. 06

    Pack-Down & Review

    We dismantle the sets, hand the venue back and go over the highlights with you for next year.
