Main Hall, Breakouts and Stage Production

We plan around your programme: the keynote stage, parallel breakout sessions, speaker transitions and delegate flow across the venue.

    Plenary & Keynote Stage Design

    Wide main stages with curved LED backdrops, custom lecterns and panel seating, sized from boardroom-style forums to full auditorium keynotes and conclaves.

    Audio Visual & Camera Production

    Concert-grade sound, P2.6 LED walls, projection, stage lighting and live camera feeds, set up so every seat in the hall can see and hear each session clearly.

    Breakout Tracks & Leadership Panels

    Parallel session rooms get the same branding, sound and screens as the main hall, with seating, moderator sightlines and wireless mics planned for panels and fireside chats.

    Speaker & Multi-Day Programme Control

    Green rooms, technical rehearsals, walk-on cues and a run-of-show for every day—including overnight resets and changeovers—so sessions stay on schedule.

    Custom Branding & Wayfinding

    We custom-fabricate the stage sets, podiums, entry arches and directional signage that move large numbers of delegates between halls without queues building up.

    Registration, Hospitality & Execution

    Welcome desks, badge counters, delegate kits, networking lounges and dining zones managed from load-in to wrap by one on-ground production crew.

Our Process

From Agenda to Closing Plenary

  1. 01

    Programme & Concept Brief

    We go through your objectives, themes, tracks, speakers and delegate headcount to fix the format, look and structure of the conference or summit.

  2. 02

    Venue & Track Planning

    We allocate plenary, breakout and networking spaces, plot delegate flow and lock session timings, vendor schedules and budgets into one production plan.

  3. 03

    Custom Fabrication & AV Setup

    Stage sets, backdrops, lecterns and wayfinding signage are custom-built to client requirements while the AV plan and technical riders for each room are signed off.

  4. 04

    Technical Rehearsals

    Every hall is tested in full. Speakers do walkthroughs, audio and presentation feeds are checked, and the main-stage crew drills its changeovers.

  5. 05

    Conference & Summit Days

    Registration, backstage, AV and room crews run from the first delegate arrival to the closing note, coordinated from a central control desk.

  6. 06

    Wrap & Review

    We dismantle cleanly, hand the venue back on time and sit with you to review what worked best for the next edition.
